Our track is open to daily walk-in customers every day, from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday and 9:00 am until 7:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays!

PART I
A. Age Restrictions: Participants must meet the age requirement of at least 5 years old to ensure they can safely operate go-karts.
B. Waiver and Liability Release: All participants must sign a waiver form and liability release and must attend the safety briefing on rules and regulations before participating in any activities.
C. Safety Gear: All participants must wear mandatory safety gear, including helmets and overalls, at all times while on the track. Drivers with long hair must secure it before getting on the track. Additionally, drivers must keep their hands and feet active on the go-kart at all times.
D. Prohibited Actions: Drifting, bumping, and intentional collisions are strictly prohibited. Fines will be imposed for any damage to the go-karts and/or the facility.
E. Inappropriate Stopping: Inappropriate stopping on the track is not allowed. If you experience issues, raise your hand and wait for a track marshal's assistance. Stay in your go-kart until instructed by the track marshal to exit.
F. Speed Limits: Observe and adhere to posted speed limits on different sections of the track. Speeding is allowed but drifting must be minimized. Panglao Kartways reserves the right to disqualify and remove reckless or aggressive participants from any race.
G. Overtaking Rules: Overtaking is allowed, but no bumping or intentional contact is permitted. Respect fellow participants' space and safety.
H. Zero Tolerance for Drugs and Alcohol: Panglao Kartways has zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol. Driving under the influence is strictly prohibited.
I. Right to Deny Service: The management reserves the right to deny service or access to anyone not adhering to the safety rules or displaying inappropriate behavior.
J. Weather Conditions: Operations may be suspended or modified in adverse weather conditions. Follow staff instructions in such situations.
K. Refund and Cancellation Policy: Refer to our refund and cancellation policy for information on rescheduling, cancellations due to adverse conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

PART II
L. Code of Conduct: Respect all participants and staff. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in penalties, ejection, or a ban from the facility.
M. Medical Conditions: Participants with medical conditions affecting their ability to drive safely must inform staff in advance. We reserve the right to deny service in such cases.
N. Environmental Rules: Keep the track area clean, dispose of trash properly, and respect the environment.
O. Spectator Guidelines: Spectators must stand in designated areas and follow staff instructions. They should not enter the track area.
P. Video and Photography: Participants and spectators are welcome to take photos and videos during the event but should do so safely and without obstructing others.
Q. Emergency Procedures: In case of an accident, injury, or fire, follow posted emergency procedures and seek assistance immediately. First aid supplies and fire extinguishers are available on-site.
R. Vehicle Maintenance: All go-karts are regularly maintained and inspected to ensure safety and performance.

RACING RULES
• All contact with walls or other karts are not allowed; Fines will be imposed for any damage to the go-karts.
• Strictly no bumping or blocking; no exceptions.
• Speeding is permitted, but minimize drifting.
• Racing is allowed, but observe speed limits.
• Keep hands and feet active on the go-kart at all times.
• Helmets must be worn when driving; all drivers with long hair must secure it.
• The management bears no responsibility for injuries sustained during kart driving. Kartway administration reserves the right to disqualify and remove reckless or aggressive drivers from any race.SAFETY RULES

• Track marshals are observing/monitoring. Respect their flags and signals.

• The kartway has zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol. If influenced, driving is not permitted.

2. A reservation fee of ₱100 must be paid within 24 hours. This fee is for the whole reservation, not per person, and will be subtracted from your total bill.
3. Failure to deposit the reservation fee will lead to the cancellation of your booking.
